Hi buddy, yesterday I had read one article about global health tips in reader digest book. I like to share the article to all my friends. It’s quite interesting. They give us some tips about what we can do to keep safe regarding the diseases spreading across the national borders.
Here are the tips that we can apply to keep healthy.
Only eat well-cooked food.
- or personally prepared fruits and vegetables
Drink only bottled or boiled water
- or carbonated drinks from sources that we trust.
Do not touch animals
- especially monkeys, dogs, and cats, to avoid bites and serious diseases.
Wash your hands often
- with soaps and water.
This article is actually one of the issues that had been discussed by the World Health Organization on world health day conference in Singapore on April. They focus on global health threats. They asked people to give some cooperation to prevent the diseases.

How Much Water Should I Drink?
Hai Friends,
We have probably heard that we should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. How much water we actually need depends on our weight, level of activity, the temperature and humidity of our environment, and our diet. Diet makes a difference because if we eat plenty of water-dense foods like fruits and vegetables we need to drink water will be diminished.
When we drink enough water, urine will usually be pale yellow, though vitamin supplements and antibiotics can discolor it. On the other hand, we shouldn't need to run to the bathroom too frequently. When in doubt, drink a little more.
Do not worry that drinking water will give our body a bloated look. There are a number of causes of water retention, including consuming too much salt. But drinking water is not one of them.
It is possible to harm ourself by drinking too much water, but it takes quite an effort. Either through obsessive-compulsive behavior or extended athletic activity, drinking large amounts of water can dilute the electrolytes (sodium and potassium) in our blood to the point that it interferes with brain, heart and muscle function.
